Frequently Asked Questions
Q:What is your return policy?
A:Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving item for authorization prior to returning. All returns must be received back to us in the condition it was received within 14 days. Refund will be issued as money back less any and all Ebay &/or PayPal fees associated with the sale. We are not responsible for return shipping unless otherwise noted.
Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:Some of our items do qualify for combined shipping. However, all gift orders do not. Please see item description.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:All orders are processed within 1-2 business day. Expect orders to arrive within 10-14 business days after payment clears unless otherwise noted. Personalized orders may take an additional 3-4 days to process. Some orders may arrive sooner.
Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:Shipping costs can be calculated by entering your zip code into the shipping calculator on each listing. However, some listings may have a flat shipping rate to all customers. A minimal handling charge is included in all shipping quotes.
Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:At this time we only ship within the US. A few of our items may also be shipped to Canada as specified in the listings. If you are unsure whether or not an item can be shipped to Canada, please do not hesitate to ask.
Q:What forms of payment to you accept?
A:We proudly accept Paypal, money orders, or cashier's checks. We do not accept personal checks.
Q:Will you ship a gift directly to the gift recipient's address?
A:Absolutely! Since we are a full service gift company, we will gladly ship gifts directly to the recipient. Please be sure to include with your payment the recipient's full shipping address (no PO boxes please).
Q:Do you include order information with gift orders?
A:No. All order information and receipts are mailed directly to the buyer, not the gift recipient. The only information included with the gift is a custom message card from the buyer (optional).
Q:How far in advance can I place an order?
A:An order can be placed 90 days in advance. If a gift is to be shipped at a later date please include the shipping date desired with payment or email us a service.bundledtreasures@yahoo.com (please include the item #).
Q:Can I send a gift anonymously?
A:We prefer that all orders have a signature on the custom message, although it is ultimately your decision. If a recipient contacts our customer service department questioning the sender of the gift, we are unable to reveal any sender information.
